Hard to believe but we are celebrating the 100th day of school today. We did not plan for it to line up with the beginning of the Lunar New Year but it adds further excitement to our day.
Some students carried canes and wore eye glasses to show how 'old' they have become. Some brought boxes of Cheerios that will be counted out in sets of 100. Counting to 100 is a big deal for our little ones; another sign of their progress.
Other students are wearing special 100-themed t-shirts they made for today. I found this young man at the water fountain and had to get a picture.
His says "Hands Down, 100 days smarter." Which you could read yourself if I was better at taking selfies!
