ICS is committed to serving students with disabilities at the same high level as all other students.
About 12% of ICS students have IEPs (individual education plans). Our work is led by a Director of Learning Supports, and on every grade we have one ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching) classroom, where children with IEPs are educated alongside their peers. In addition to ICT we offer speech, occupational and physical therapy.
Doug Fuchs, a nationally recognized expert on learning disabilities serves as an academic advisor to the school.
